Red beets are natural blood purification vegetables, celery stalks have a high content of sodium (which gives a natural salty taste) and magnesium is good against muscle cramps. The ginger adds extra warmth, improves blood circulation and stimulates digestion.



2 carrots

½ red beet

1 stalk of celery

½ fennel

slice of lemon

slice of ginger root


Slowjuice preparation:

Cut the carrots in half lengthwise and cut into 'thick chips' format. Halve the beets and cut discs of 1½ centimeters. Cut the fennel bulb in half. Cut pieces transverse to the fiber structure of 2-3 centimeters. Cut the celery stalk across the grain into pieces of 1- 2 centimeters. Put the different vegetables over and over in the slowjuicer, add the carrot in the end.
