What is live food

All living food is actually already dying the moment you harvest or pick it. The vast majority of living organisms on the crust of our planet need sunlight and water to survive. Take away one of the two and you disrupt the balance and the plant dies. Take away both sunlight and water (the refrigerator) and the plant goes into a kind of 'hibernation' that it can endure considerably longer before it actually dies. Nutritional values decrease with every day that passes after harvest. So if you want to get the most out of your food, it is important to eat raw and as fresh as possible. Just like the caveman you can read about here.

Living food gives life, this is the 'raw food' concept.

Take two carrots, put one in the fridge for a month and then plant it in your garden. It will probably continue to grow just fine. Boil the carrots for a minute and then plant it. After a day or two it will start to stink and nothing will ever grow from it. Living food is food that still has life in it. Life gives life. You are what you eat is a truism. After eating living food you will continue to feel fit, no burning or bloated feeling in your stomach. Now it is not our job to convert you to Raw Food Fanatic.
