Pineapple Explosion

Bromelaine - Calcium - Potassium- Phosphorus - Beta-carotene - Vitamin B11
  • ½ pineapple
  • 2 carrots
  • slice of yellow root (turmeric) with peel
  • splash of boiling water or hot almond milk (optional)
Method of preparation
Remove the skin of the pineapple. Cut the pineapple into slices and after into pieces of 2 to 3 centimeters. Cut the carrots in half lengthwise and then into “thick chips” format. Put the pineapple, turmeric and carrot over and over in the slowjuicer. Pour your fresh juice into a glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple. Tip: Do you feel down cause you long for tropical places? Add to this juice a splash of boiling water or hot almond milk, so the cocktail will be about 49 °C and all the enzymes and vitamins remain intact.
