Ingredients
  • 100 gr soaked almonds
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 oranges
  • piece of ginger, 1 centimeter with peel
  • pinch of saffron
Description
Almond drink for yogis and yoginis You can stand on your head to get old in a healthy way, but also make sure that you're getting the right nutrients. This fresh juice regulates your blood pressure, prevents osteoporosis, slows down aging and is also good for your skin and hair.
Method of preparation
Soak the almonds at least 12 hours before cooking. Rinse the almonds with fresh cold water. Peel the oranges and cut them into four. Cut the carrots in half lengthwise and then into large french fries format. Put the orange, almonds with the fresh water, ginger and carrot and the slowjuicer. Use the saffron as decoration in your glass.
