Ingredients
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ red beet
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • ½ fennel
  • slice of lemon
  • slice of ginger root
Description
Power detox for career tigers Red beets are natural blood purification vegetables, celery stalks have a high content of sodium (which gives a natural salty taste) and magnesium is good against muscle cramps. The ginger adds extra warmth, improves blood circulation and stimulates digestion.
Method of preparation
Cut the carrots in half lengthwise and cut into 'thick chips' format. Halve the beets and cut discs of 1½ centimeters. Cut the fennel bulb in half. Cut pieces transverse to the fiber structure of 2-3 centimeters. Cut the celery stalk across the grain into pieces of 1- 2 centimeters. Put the different vegetables over and over in the slowjuicer, add the carrot in the end.
