  • piece of green pepper
  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 twig of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • dash of coconut milk

Method of preparation
Cut the fennel transversely of the structure into pieces of 2-3 centimeters. Cut the lemongrass stalk into pieces of 1 cm. Cut the celery into pieces of 2-3 centimeters transverse the structure. Cut the spring onion into two pieces. Put the ingredients in the slowjuicer and use the pusher for the spinach. Finally pour the coconut milk directly into the fresh juice.
