Guarantee
There is a guarantee on the individual parts (standard 2 years) and the motor (standard 10 years) of the Versapers juicer.
There is a warranty on the individual parts and the motor (standard 2 years) of the Vacublend.
There is a guarantee on the Rainboy (standard 3 years).
Regular maintenance according to the instructions for use is required.
We think it is important to offer our customers a good quality juicer that is durable and made from high-quality materials.
Warranty services:
- If our products develop a defect during normal household use within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace it.
- For valid warranty claims, the goods must be insured and properly packaged and sent to our service center.
- Please send us an email to info@versapers.de so that we can activate the warranty of your device.
- In the event that the warranty period for a product has expired, or if a product does not qualify for warranty service, repair or replacement, consumers can still purchase replacement parts. Please contact Versapers for more information.
- Please do not send us your device until we have consulted you.
- The warranty on parts and accessories is excluded if they were purchased from a third-party source.
- The customer bears the corresponding shipping costs in the event of a warranty claim.
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Damages, accidental or non-accidental, not caused by manufacture or.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, modification, commercial use, tampering, accident, failure, failure to follow care, operation and handling in the instructions.
- 'Normal' wear and tear due to use of the product and parts.
- In some cases, the warranty may apply to incidental or consequential damages. The above limitation may not apply to damage caused during shipping.

If there is something wrong with your Versapers, please contact our customer service by email: info@versapers.de or by phone:022 96 9789 988. We will be happy to discuss what happened. It helps us if you send us a description of the incident and a few pictures of the problem/damage. Often a problem can be solved with a few tips before a part needs to be repaired or replaced.
